As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate financial control and analysis of the business, contributing to financial planning, results monitoring, cost control, and the generation of key information for decision-making. Main responsibilities Cost and Profitability Control: Calculation, updating, and monitoring of standard costs, analysis of production variances, and margin control, contributing to the optimization of business profitability. Financial Planning and Analysis: Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget, results analysis, cash flow forecasting, and performing financial analyses to support decision-making. Reporting and Management Control: Preparation of financial and operational reports, monitoring of key indicators, and support in the group's internal and corporate reporting. Transfer Pricing and Financial Support: Calculation and updating of transfer pricing, product and cost analysis, as well as support to the finance area in projects and control activities. Administrative and Document Management: Coordination of financial and accounting documentation, support in tax processes, and collaboration with external providers of accounting and financial services. Treasury and Financial Operations: Preparation of bank transfers, short-term cash flow analysis, and monitoring of relevant financial information for daily business management. Business Support: Collaboration with different areas of the organization for the economic analysis of projects, investments, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, cost analysis, or management control, preferably in industrial environments. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools. High level of English. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools. High analytical capacity, attention to detail, and organizational and communication skills.
