Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) Pte Ltd, established in 2017, provides Emergency and Non-Emergency Patient Transport, Ambulance Services, Industrial Emergency Coverage, Event Coverage, Medical Training Services and Medical Supplies, aiming to improve healthcare quality affordably.

Your tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the Company, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth financial processes.

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and other finance-related documents to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable by monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on payments to maintain cash flow
• Process payments and perform bank deposits to support financial operations and assist with bank and account reconciliations for accuracy
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and prepare Purchase Orders (POs) as required to support procurement and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation to ensure compliance and financial integrity
• Organise and maintain proper filing of finance documents to ensure easy retrieval and adherence to internal procedures
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, auditors, and colleagues in Malaysia on finance-related matters to facilitate smooth communication and operations
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned to support overall finance team effectiveness

Requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software
