IT Manager with Project Responsibility (m/f/d) (System Informatiker/in)

Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects such as the introduction of a Web-Shop, a DMS, etc., in the ERP/CRM and infrastructure sectors
• Standardization and continuous further development of the IT landscape, as well as the optimization and expansion of company-wide ICT systems
• Ensuring a secure, highly available, efficient, and stable IT environment
• Definition and implementation of requirements for ERP/CRM and other business software
• Leadership and organizational management of IT employees, as well as coordination and alignment with external IT support or IT service providers
• Standardization and optimization of server, network, and other ICT systems
• Planning, implementation, and professional use of AI interfaces

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik or a comparable course of study
• High IT affinity and understanding of application- and cross-departmental business processes
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment and in the ERP/CRM environment
• Very good interface competence and strong communication skills with internal departments and external partners; experience and high negotiation skills in contract negotiations for investment projects
• High analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Very good English skills
• Mentality of a team builder and experience in the leadership and coordination of employees
