Qualified Accounting Assistant
Our goal is to contribute to constantly improving healthcare. We do this by offering a wide range of medical equipment, consumables, and services to healthcare providers. To our headquarters in Malmö, we are seeking a Qualified Accounting Assistant.
We offer you a varied and independent role in our finance team. Together with colleagues, you will be responsible for the ongoing accounting work in our companies in the Nordics. Your role as an accounting assistant involves:
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable with "3-way matching"
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Accruals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Liquidity planning
- Together with the Accounting Manager, you will work with "intercompany" related bookings as well as monthly and quarterly closings
You have relevant upper secondary or post-secondary education and have professional experience, preferably from accounting work in the Nordic countries. You have worked broadly within accounting and have experience working in one of the larger finance and invoicing systems. If you have experience with MS Navision and Exflow, it is a merit. Otherwise, you have extensive experience with Excel and are accustomed to working in the Office suite.

The employment is a parental leave substitute for approximately 15 months with a planned start during April.
