Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a service-oriented team player with a strong passion to serve in healthcare to provide quality patient experience for the clients.

Job description Perform frontline service such as registration of patients, handle patients’ enquiries, attend to phone enquiries and scheduling of patients’ appointments. Preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicines Educate patients on the medication and procedures Assist doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures Provide nursing care to patients Perform administrative duties such as handle billing transactions, payment, insurance claim submissions and ensure proper documentation and filing. Manage clinic inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items. Attend to other duties as assigned by the Doctor. Requirements Nitec/Diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare certification (Nurse/ Medical Support & Assistant) or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience Familiar with clinic management software such as Clinic Assist, Plato Medical Proficiency in office software and basic medical equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients) Smart, proactive and willing to learn new skills. Able to commit to clinic working hours, including weekends (5.5 days work week). We offer a competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience.
