An important industrial company in the pharmaceutical sector with more than 2500 collaborators is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst whose profile we detail below:
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in the career of Químico Farmacéutico (indispensable).
- Two years of experience in validation, qualification, Quality assurance, Quality Control
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Intermediate English
FUNCTIONS
- Provide all the information required for the release of finished products to perform the act of release.
- Issue the certificate of release for each batch of finished product.
- Review each non-conformity that arises, code them and maintain an updated record of them, support the different areas in the classification, investigation and action plan to handle the presented non-conformities.
- Ensure that each internal or external non-conformity has an action plan that allows for its solution and non-recurrence, as well as following up on it.
- Prepare a risk analysis for each potentially critical non-conformity that allows for decision-making in the release of finished products, as well as in the continuity of the use of facilities, systems and equipment.
- Ensure the availability of non-conformity files, having all the necessary documentation according to procedure and ensuring that the documents composing them are duly signed by the corresponding persons.
- Comply with the Self-inspection program verifying compliance with Good Practices in each of the areas of the organization and follow up on the action plan generated.
- Execute internal audits to the different areas and sections of the organization according to the planned program and generate all documentation in a timely manner.
- Apply the methodology established in internal audits, as well as in audits to suppliers.
