About the company

MedicusUnion is an international healthtech platform connecting patients with leading doctors in Austria, Germany, Israel, and other countries. Our services include medical tourism, video consultations, and second medical opinions. Our headquarters are in Vienna, based at the private Rudolfinerhaus clinic, while our engineering and operations teams are based in Yerevan. We have been operating since 2013.

Your tasks

You will be the patient's first point of contact with MedicusUnion. Your responsiveness and warmth will determine whether a person chooses to become our patient or turns to a competitor. This is not cold calling — you will be working with people who have already reached out to us.

  • Respond to incoming inquiries through our secure communication channels within 15 minutes during business hours.
  • Qualify inquiries by identifying the patient's concerns, preferred country, and required specialist, then forward the information to the patient coordinator.
  • Maintain CRM records by creating client profiles and documenting relevant information.
  • Follow up with clients who haven't responded, using a structured schedule.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from corporate partners, both in Armenia and internationally.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate quickly, warmly, and clearly in writing, even when handling a high volume of messages.
  • Strong attention to detail and punctuality — a missed response can mean a lost patient.
  • Excellent written and spoken Armenian, Russian and English.
  • Experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
  • German language skills and CRM experience are also advantages.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work with an international product from our Yerevan office.
  • Training and onboarding supported by our patient coordinators, who bring 20 years of experience. If needed, we can arrange an internship at our Vienna office.
  • Career growth opportunities, with the potential to advance to a Senior Patient Coordinator role.
