About the company

MedicusUnion is an international healthtech platform connecting patients with leading doctors in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, South Korea, and other countries. Our services include medical tourism, video consultations, and second medical opinions. Our headquarters are in Vienna, with offices in Yerevan, Dubai, Kazakhstan, and other locations. We have been operating since 2013.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for building, closing, and growing MedicusUnion's B2B partnerships across Armenia, the region, and international markets. You won't be working alone — you'll have the support of our offices in Vienna, Dubai, and Yerevan.

  • Proactively identify and acquire new corporate partners, including banks, insurance companies, and corporate clients in Armenia and internationally.
  • Onboard corporate partners onto our platform, guiding them from the initial contact through to the first joint results.
  • Lead negotiations and independently close partnership agreements, including opportunities where no formal agreement exists yet but there is clear interest.
  • Retain and grow existing partnerships through regular communication, performance updates, and joint planning.
  • Work with data and analytics to understand conversion metrics, prepare materials for partner meetings, and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with our international offices in Vienna, Munich, Dubai, Yerevan, Kazakhstan, and other locations on cross-border partnerships.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with an international mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an analytical approach — someone who can build relationships with senior executives, work confidently with data, and maintain long-term partnerships.

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of independently closing deals. We'll ask for specific examples during the interview.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive deals through to signing.
  • Excellent Armenian and Russian; English at B2 level or above, as the primary language for external communication.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • A results-driven, proactive, and independent approach — you don't wait for tasks; you create opportunities.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or fintech is a plus. An established network of corporate contacts in Armenia is also an advantage.

What we offer

  • Fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses for closed deals.
  • An international environment, with partners and doctors across more than ten countries.
  • Established products and initial contracts already in place — you're not starting from scratch.
  • A genuine opportunity to grow into a regional Head of Business Development role.
  • Business trips to Vienna and partner countries.
