SENIOR ADVISOR 1

UNIVERSITY OF ZAGREB FACULTY OF MEDICINE announces a CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

1. Job position: Senior Advisor 1 (m/f) based in the Business and Finance Service of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb.

The employment relationship is based on an indefinite period with full-time work, subject to a probationary period of six (6) months – one (1) executor.

Application requirements:

• completed graduate university study or integrated undergraduate and graduate university study in an economics field;
• at least 10 years of professional work experience, of which a minimum of 5 years in positions involving the management or coordination of strategic projects;
• excellent computer skills and knowledge of specific software tools required for performing tasks, with particular emphasis on financial systems;
• active knowledge of at least two foreign languages, one of which must be English, and the other may be according to the needs of the job position;
• the senior professional advisor must possess advanced knowledge in the field of financial planning processes.

Along with a hand-signed application for the position (cover letter), the following must be attached:

• curriculum vitae;
• a copy of the domicile certificate (domovnica) or an extract from the e-građani application;
• HZMO certificate of work experience (not older than three months);
• copies of relevant diplomas and certificates;
• a criminal record certificate (not older than one month);
• evidence of completed courses and training, if possessed (foreign languages, digital skills, additional micro-qualifications, etc.).

Other notes

An applicant who exercises the right of preference in employment according to special regulations is obliged, along with the application, to submit documentation according to the law regulating the rights of Croatian veterans of the Homeland War and their family members, or to invoke that right according to other regulations, and has preference over other applicants only under equal conditions.

Untimely, incomplete, and hand-unsigned applications, as well as applications without attached copies and requested documentation, will not be considered.

Persons of both genders may apply for the position.

An interview and, if necessary, testing will be conducted for the applicants.

Copies of the attached documentation remain in the archive of the Faculty of Medicine and will not be returned to the applicants.

Applications with the accompanying documentation are submitted via email, within 15 days of the publication of the call in »Narodne novine«, to the address: kadrovska@mef.hr.

In the subject of the email, it is necessary to state: ‘’Prijava na natječaj – Viši savjetnik 1”

Documentation is submitted as an email attachment in PDF and/or Word format.

The decision on the selection of the candidate will be published on the website of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb.
