Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage and lead all warehouse operations within the medical devices and laboratory sector , ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage and handling of medical and laboratory products, and efficient warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage receiving, storage, issuing, dispatching, and inventory control.

Ensure proper handling and storage of medical devices, laboratory equipment, IVD products, and consumables .

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches ERP records.

Lead the warehouse team and ensure productivity, discipline, and proper workflow.

Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Service teams.

Monitor stock levels, slow-moving, damaged, and obsolete items.

Ensure proper warehouse organization, safety, and compliance with company procedures.

Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.

15+ years of total experience , including at least 5 years in a Warehouse Manager/Head role within the medical or laboratory sector .

Experience in medical devices, laboratory equipment, IVD, or laboratory consumables is Preferred

Bachelor’s degree; preferably Medical, Pharmaceutical, Engineering, or related field .

Strong experience with ERP systems; Odoo is highly preferred .

Relevant warehouse/inventory certifications or training are a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
