Job Requirements:

Education

Experience:

Previous experience in the area is NOT required, as this is a unique department in Mexico.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector, sales, or customer service (social service counts)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistical planning of the patient's trip (flight reservations, hotel, ground transportation, translators, activities during their stay, etc.).
  • Serve as a liaison between international patients, medical staff, and administrative staff, guaranteeing clear and effective communication.
  • Participate in international health fairs and create promotional materials to disseminate them through different channels.
  • Closing sales of different products and services.
  • Attend to and follow up on requests from international patients seeking medical treatments.
  • Accompany the patient and family at all times.
