Medical Tourism Executive

Hospital Médica Sur is looking for an Executive for the International Medicine area.

Job Objective:

Comprehensive management of national and international patients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality medical experience throughout the entire care process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the logistical planning of the patient's trip (flight reservations, hotel, ground transportation, translators, activities during their stay, etc.).
• Serve as a liaison between international patients, medical, and administrative staff, guaranteeing clear and effective communication.
• Participate in international health fairs and create promotional materials to distribute them through different channels.
• Closing sales of the different products and services.
• Attend to and follow up on requests from international patients seeking medical treatments.
• Accompany the patient and family at all times.
• Maintain updated records of patients, treatments, and service satisfaction.
• Management of commercial alliances with government and federal entities that contribute to sales and after-sales at national and international levels.
• Creation of reports and performing case analysis of medical and administrative issues.
• Create a database segmented by topics of interest. (Patient procedures, requested medical specialty, frequent studies, etc.)
• Analyze the market conditions of health tourism in Mexico and at an international level.

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Relations, Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or Health Sciences (internship certificate/carta pasante) Having a diploma or postgraduate degree is desirable

Experience:

Previous experience in the area is NOT required, as this is a unique department in Mexico. Minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector, sales, or customer service (social service counts) Experience in: customer service, logistical coordination, sales. Essential competencies: analysis and decision-making.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. Saturdays from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm

Salary of $15,000 gross monthly. Benefits by law. Parking subsidy. Dining subsidy. Profit sharing.
