Clinical Psychologist - Chronic Patients

Médica Santa Carmen, the renal health network with the greatest impact in Mexico with eleven clinics in the Bajío and CDMX, is looking for a Clinical Psychologist for the care of Renal patients.

We are looking for Graduates in Psychology, whose objective is to Evaluate, provide care, and follow up with patients to generate awareness of their medical condition, adherence to their treatment, and modification in their lifestyle for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological care to patients and families
• Perform activities for the emotional orientation of our patients and families
• Coordination with the medical and nutrition areas to intervene in special cases for patients who require more significant support
• Evaluation and orientation of carmelitos who present psychosocial alterations in their performance due to psychosocial conditions and referral to treatment or other instances
• Support to Managers to guide them in specific cases with collaborators
• Bioethics committee work meetings to analyze cases of patients in disadvantageous situations for their treatment.
• Training for carmelitos regarding topics related to the disease, patient lifestyle, and the approach method by the clinical area

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Experience in the clinical area, ideally with patients with chronic diseases
• Diploma or course in thanatology.
• Experience in the training area
• Sum of integrity, intelligence, energy, and enthusiasm
• Excellent presentation and communication, both oral and written.
• Proactivity in project management
• Resolutive and creative
• Schedule availability
• Results-oriented.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
