Project Manager II M/F
We are looking for a Project Manager II M/F to join our Project Management team as part of a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will be the primary operational lead for oncology clinical trials (Phase I to III) involving imaging criteria. You will be responsible for successfully driving project execution from launch to study closure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant study data while meeting timelines, budgets, and sponsor expectations. Working in a highly collaborative and international environment, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the fields of Imaging Operations, Data Management, Medical, Technical, and Site Management to ensure project success.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and communication plans.
Coordinate all operational activities related to imaging, including: Development of study specifications
Setup of the imaging database
Systems integration
Image collection and quality control
Independent reader management
Central review operations
Data management and deliverables for the sponsor
Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, GCP guidelines, and project management best practices.
Report project progress, milestones, and risks to management.
Support and mentor junior members of the project team when necessary.
Contribute to business support activities, including budget estimations and proposal preparation.
Education Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related scientific field.
Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, medical device, or clinical research industry.
Experience in clinical trials and/or medical imaging is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of oncology studies is a major asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Understanding of medical imaging, data management, software development, or related health technologies is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken. French is an advantage.
