[URGENT HIRING] - OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Qualifications

1. Male, maximum 40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Able to manage teams, monitor operational performance, and ensure SOP compliance.
6. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
7. Driving license (SIM A/C) and ability to drive are an advantage.
8. Willing to work with high mobility and handle operational matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of e-Work Indonesia.
2. Lead, coordinate, and monitor the operational team to achieve targets and service standards.
3. Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
4. Ensure operational procedures, policies, and service standards are properly implemented.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
6. Prepare and monitor operational reports, including performance and issue tracking.
7. Evaluate team performance and provide direction, coaching, and follow-up actions.
8. Support management in improving operational efficiency and developing effective work processes.
9. Handle operational issues and take appropriate decisions to maintain business continuity.
