Your tasks:

• Content and campaigns: In a team, you will design tailor-made campaigns and corporate content for various target groups on channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Co.
• Reporting and performance: You are responsible for social media reporting, keep an eye on content performance, and derive recommendations for action together with the specialist departments.
• Community Management: You manage community management in close coordination with social media colleagues and relevant internal interfaces.
• Consulting and target group development: You advise internal specialist departments on accessing new target groups and develop social media concepts together.
• International support and Social Commerce: You support international branches with social media activities and social commerce campaigns.
• AI and innovation: You test AI-supported content workflows in the social media environment and identify efficiency and optimization potential.

What you bring to the role:

You have a completed degree in the field of media studies, communication, or comparable further training with a focus on online / digital marketing. You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of social media and community management. You bring confident handling of social media management systems and can flexibly familiarize yourself with new programs and tools. You possess absolute spelling accuracy and an above-average awareness of quality. You have an excellent sense of tonality according to target groups and channels. Your English skills are very good, and you have no hesitation when speaking and writing in English. You are a strong team player (f/m/d) with pronounced interface competence. Flexibility and a hands-on mentality round off your profile.
