What you will do:
- Oversee daily Call Center Operations
- Hit Targets and manage KPIs
- Lead Collections & Quality for US Accounts
What we need from you:
- 2+ Years experience in Collections & Quality
- Background with US/English Accounts
- Leadership skills & can handle pressure
- Males Only
- Night Shift: 7PM - 4AM
