*Job Overview* We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office software, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in clerical or medical office settings. *Duties*

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry with accuracy into various databases, including QuickBooks if applicable
  • Handle filing, document management, and record keeping efficiently
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing mail
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial recordkeeping as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment

*Requirements*

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or medical/dental reception preferred
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
  • Previous experience in dental or medical office settings is advantageous but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage administrative responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
