We at the Rehabilitation Department at MED-EL support hearing implant users, their families, and professionals in achieving the best possible outcomes. We provide a wide range of materials, both digital and printed, available in many languages along with training and counseling, both at our headquarters and worldwide. Our goal is to foster sustainable language development and auditory skills while strengthening the quality of care.
Your Tasks
Support global rehabilitation services for cochlear implant users and provide professional guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Create, maintain, and further develop rehabilitation and training content
Develop and promote rehabilitation materials, learning programs, and services for diverse target groups and delivery formats
Present rehabilitation topics and educational content at events, training sessions, and conferences, both online and on-site
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement rehabilitation and education strategies
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or higher (University/FH) in Speech and Language Therapy, Audiology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, Special Education, or a related field
Additional qualifications and practical experience in auditory rehabilitation are an asset
Experience working with people with hearing loss and knowledge of modern hearing technologies
Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
Strong communication and intercultural skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
