AI Quality Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Design and build AI-powered automation for software quality assurance, reducing manual testing effort over time

Develop test and evaluation infrastructure for workflow, end-to-end, REST/gRPC API and contract testing, with CI/CD integration

Build tools and agents that generate and execute tests, inspect behavior, analyze failures and highlight release risks

Collaborate with software engineers across Dart/Flutter apps, C#/.NET services, APIs and cloud infrastructure throughout development

Perform exploratory, integration and release testing where needed, and turn proven manual checks into scalable automation

Your Profile

Bachelor`s degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Programming skills for building engineering tools and automation; experience with C#/.NET, Python or Dart/Flutter is valuable

Experience with automated testing for REST/gRPC APIs, mobile apps, backend systems and/or end-to-end workflows

Understanding of CI/CD, API contracts, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices

Interest or experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool use and agentic workflows, turning prototypes into reliable solutions

Minimum Salary

Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
