Dispatcher – Trailer Logistics

Location: Onsite – Los Jardines Metropolitanos, Santiago

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (Monday and Tuesday Off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate Amazon delivery drivers and support daily transportation operations across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Dispatcher will monitor routes, communicate with drivers, resolve operational questions, and coordinate special requests to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor driver routes and daily assignments.
• Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts and provide operational support.
• Answer driver questions and assist with route-related issues.
• Coordinate special requests and last-minute changes.
• Monitor dispatch operations and help resolve delays or delivery issues.
• Support trailer and truck operations transporting food products to stores.
• Maintain clear communication between drivers and the operations team.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and handling time-sensitive issues.
• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred.
• English proficiency required.
