Finance Manager

FINANCE DIRECTOR – F&B A leading and fast-growing Food & Beverage Group is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to lead its finance function and play a key role in driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee the company’s overall Finance & Accounting function*.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and cash flow projections*. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and business performance analysis* to senior management. Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and profitability enhancement* across operations. Establish strong financial controls, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks*. Oversee working capital, cash management, payables, receivables, and liquidity*. Monitor and analyze Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Labor Cost, Prime Cost, and operating expenses*.

• Partner with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Commercial teams to improve financial and operational performance.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders*.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Management*.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field*.

• 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within the *F&B, Hospitality, Restaurants, or Retail sectors*.

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position*. Strong understanding of F&B financial metrics, cost structures, and unit economics*. Excellent knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control*.

• Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel*.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent* is highly preferred. The opportunity to be part of a high-growth F&B organization .
