Factory Manage

A leading wood and furniture manufacturing company located in Fifth Settlement, Cairo, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified *Factory Manager* to lead its manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering or a related field – Mandatory.

Professional training/certifications in Management, Quality, Occupational Health & Safety; an **MBA is preferred*. Minimum 15 years of experience* in the wood and furniture manufacturing industry , preferably with experience in major brands. Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory position as a Factory Manager*. Strong hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of wood manufacturing machinery* across all production stages, including CNC machines . Comprehensive knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems and standards*. Proven ability to lead and manage teams*, with strong planning, organization, follow-up, and execution skills. Experience in raw material management, as well as supervision of **warehouses and suppliers*. Ability to prepare and manage budgets and forecasts*, while monitoring and controlling production costs. Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills*. Strong leadership personality* with the ability to manage a large-scale manufacturing operation effectively.
