key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Service Excellence team to address documentation gaps and develop effective solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance oncology service utilization while reducing avoidable losses
- Monitor service and billing patterns to identify potential irregularities or fraudulent behavior
- Support physicians in optimizing service utilization and improving revenue performance
- Analyze relevant healthcare data and prepare reports that support operational decisions and strategic planning
- Collaborate with HODs and key stakeholders to identify trends, address challenges, and improve service performance
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree with a Master’s, Fellowship, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Oncology
- Relevant clinical experience in Oncology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good understanding of clinical documentation and healthcare processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in healthcare auditing or management is an advantage
