Culture & Engagement Supervisor

Execute culture and engagement programs and initiatives.

Coordinate events, campaigns, and employee engagement activities.

Support engagement surveys and collect employee feedback.

Promote participation and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.

Manage internal communications related to culture and engagement.

Track participation, report results, and suggest improvements.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in human resources, internal communications, employee experience, or organizational culture.

Corporate Background: Prior experience working in mid-to-large corporate environments or fast-paced organizations with a proven track record of coordinating employee engagement programs.
