Job Description

Accelerate and contribute to the market leadership ambitions of the leading player in self-service machine solutions.

In this position? You bear responsibility for the sales results and for commercial growth: both through increasing revenue per machine and through the expansion of the number of locations and strategic customer relationships. You lead the sales and marketing team (10 people) and continue to build a more integrated, planned, and data-driven commercial approach. You develop commercial strategies per customer segment and product category, set up acquisition plans, build business cases, strengthen lead generation, and elevate CRM-driven sales excellence to a higher professional level. At the same time, you take on a leading role in acquiring and expanding larger key accounts by closing volume contracts. You maintain international contacts with colleagues and stakeholders within the international ME-Group, including in France. You are an Mt-member and an important strategic sparring partner for the General Manager NL.

Your profile? A sales professional who gets energy from combining sales, marketing, business development, and team development challenges.
