AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC

Job Summary Perform inspection, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosis, and preventive maintenance of heavy vehicles such as lorries and trucks to ensure safe and compliant operation. Responsibilities Inspect heavy vehicles to identify faults and perform troubleshooting to diagnose issues accurately Conduct testing and diagnosis of vehicle systems to determine repair needs Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing to maintain vehicle reliability and safety Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with regulatory requirements, technical specifications, and company guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support operational efficiency and safety Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively Adapt to work at different sites and during weekends or public holidays as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automotive servicing and repair Forklift licence is an added advantage Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
