Warehouse Specialist

Ensure proper storage and organization of materials and goods within the warehouse.

Reserve and manage space allocation for items and inventory.

Verify that labels and identification details of goods are accurate and updated.

Ensure that all goods receipts are processed accurately and on time.

Coordinate the delivery of requested goods to the appropriate internal requester.

Identify goods correctly and resolve discrepancies related to quality, naming, identification, or part numbers.

Conduct physical inventory counts and stock verification activities.

Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation related to inventory.

Monitor stock movement and ensure correct placement of items in the warehouse.

Support shipping preparation and packaging of goods when required.

Prepare inventory reports and assist with warehouse documentation.

Perform additional duties assigned by line management.

Monitoring the implementation of occupational safety and health instructions and procedures.

Ensuring the readiness and functionality of equipment and handling tools.

Training new employees in warehouse tasks.

Claim for any damage or loss to incoming shipments.

Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with good command in English.

1-3 Years of Relevant Experience.
