Software Consultant

Technology Consultant Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technology Consultant to support the planning, implementation and delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate technology solutions, coordinate project activities and support the successful deployment of digital products and platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide technology consulting and business analysis support for digital technology and transformation initiatives. Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, and translate them into clear project specifications. Support the design and implementation of blockchain-based applications, digital platforms and related technology solutions . Work closely with Engineering, QA, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project activities and monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks and resource requirements. Analyse technology and ecosystem data and prepare reports, dashboards and performance metrics to support business and technology decisions. Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Support system testing, user acceptance testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet functional, security and quality requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials. Support technology deployment workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and delivery processes. Provide regular updates on project progress, technology developments, risks and issues to management and key stakeholders. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline . At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, business analysis, product analysis, project management or a related field. Experience working on digital technology, software applications or technology transformation projects . Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and project coordination. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Business and other technology stakeholders. Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with blockchain, digital assets, NFT platforms or related technologies will be an advantage. Able to work independently while managing multiple project activities and stakeholder requirements.
