Job Details :

Review risk assessments in accordance with regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) standards and their practices. Plan, prepare, monitor and update infrastructure maintenance programmes and project schedules Review and/or undertake preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Specialist Certificate in Building Condition Assessment (NEN2767)
• Diploma or Higher NITEC or NITEC in Building-related field
