Job Description : Location: Senoko Salary: Up $4,500 Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:45pm

Alternate Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

5.5-Day Work Week

Job Responsibilities : Assist in managing daily food production operations within a central kitchen environment.

Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure products are prepared on time and according to quality standards.

Supervise kitchen and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and GMP requirements.

Conduct quality checks to maintain product consistency, portion control, and food quality.

Monitor inventory, ingredient usage, production yields, and wastage control.

Coordinate with internal teams to support production and inventory requirements.

Train and guide production staff on food preparation procedures and workplace safety practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment.
