Quality Assurance Executive (Food Packaging) | North

Job Summary: Basic Salary: $3200 - $3800

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 5:45pm & Friday: 8:45am to 5:15pm

Working Location: Senoko

AWS + Performance bonus

In-house Canteen + Company transport provided

Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with established procedures, work instructions and quality standards.

Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality and reliability requirements.

Identify, document and address product, process and quality non-conformities.

Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain and support the effective implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System requirements.

Conduct and support internal quality audits and management reviews in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Monitor quality processes and implement improvements to prevent recurring non-conformities.

Assist with R&D activities, including new product development and testing of new materials.

Requirements: Diploma in Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the packaging industry.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP management systems and their implementation.

Good leadership and team-building skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
