Afternoon Shift: Mon to Fri (12:45pm - 10:30pm)

Night Shift: Mon to Fri (8:30pm - 6:15am)

 Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the entire shipment process for customers

Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner

Attend to customer’s enquiries / complaints

Ensure Export / Import operations run smoothly

Perform occasional hands-on tasks when required

Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience
