Associate Engineer (Electrical & Electronic)
Working Days: 5 days Company transport Provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and evaluate tests on products such as consumer information technology, Audio Visual and Home Appliances products for compliance to various safety and performance international standards
- Prepare test and inspection reports
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Undertake process improvement projects on testing facilities and services
- Maintain and upkeep test facilities and equipment
Key Requirements
- Minimum a NITEC / Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or its equivalent
- Candidates with relevant working experience involving IT equipment and home appliance evaluation will be an added advantage.
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative, good communication and interper-sonal skills
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
- Knowledge of IEC standards will be a plus, namely IEC 62368-1 and IEC 60335-1
