💰 Salary: $2,730 – $7,000 📍 Setting: Inpatient / Hospital 📅 Work Week: Rotating 5-day work week ⏰ 3-Rotating Shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM

⭐ Preferred Experience: Oncology / Palliative Care / Geriatrics / Gerontology

🩺 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver safe, competent and individualised nursing care to patients • Monitor and assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate care plans • Perform medication administration, wound dressing and other nursing procedures • Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records • Coordinate patient care with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team • Communicate and build rapport with patients, families and caregivers • Support patients and family members in coping with advanced illnesses • Ensure proper infection control, patient safety and nursing standards are maintained • Ensure proper handling and control of medications, medical supplies and equipment • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for continuity of patient care • Mentor and support junior nursing staff where required • Maintain confidentiality and comply with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) standards and professional conduct • Perform other nursing duties as assigned

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Post-registration experience in a hospital or hospice setting is preferred
• Experience in Oncology, Palliative Care, Geriatrics or Gerontology will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous, accurate and patient-focused
• Strong team player who is able to work well under pressure
• Comfortable working 3 rotating shifts
