Job Responsibilities  Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role suitability. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs across various functions. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM system and provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.

Requirements Open to candidates with interest in sales and talent acquisition skillsets; training will be provided for those without prior experience.

Possess strong communication, organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
