Responsibilities

  • Serve as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) , ensuring compliance with the Fire Safety Act, SCDF requirements, Fire Certificate renewals, risk assessments and audits.
  • Support Facilities Operations Managers in IFM operations, including maintenance planning, contractor performance, statutory inspections, system health monitoring and asset handovers.
  • Lead and coordinate emergency and incident response for fire, power outages, flooding, ACMV failures and other major operational incidents, including investigations and recovery planning.
  • Support audit, compliance and contract performance , conducting internal checks, tracking corrective actions and engaging SCDF, DSTA and Authority representatives.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) with SCDF .
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services , or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management experience .
  • Experience managing fire safety systems within large institutional, industrial or government facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation, statutory compliance, emergency response and integrated facilities management operations .
