Facility Executive

Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations, including M&E systems, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and pest control. Monitor and ensure performance of contractors and service providers according to contractual obligations and KPIs. Conduct regular building inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. Prepare and manage documentation for mandatory inspections Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for building systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Handle feedback and complaints professionally and coordinate resolution in a timely manner Fire Safety Certificate 8:00am-5:30pm 5 days (Monday-Friday)
