Facilities Technician
🛠️ YOUR ROLE
- Perform routine inspection & maintenance of plant facilities
- Troubleshoot & repair facility, utility & building systems
- Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing & facility equipment
- Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance
- Respond to equipment breakdowns & facility issues
- Support cleanroom & environmental control systems
- Work with contractors and internal teams when required
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Facility Management or related
- 2–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Hands-on troubleshooting & repair experience of plant facilities
- Knowledge of HVAC / utilities / electrical systems is an advantage
- Comfortable with physical work, ladders and confined spaces
- Willing to work OT/weekends when required
