Job Highlights:
The Facility Maintenance Manager leads the Singapore Engineering team and is responsible for all activities related to management of the Singapore warehouse assets including maintenance, repair, upgrade and replacement of equipment and facilities within Singapore to support Operations. The Manager is a member of the Regional Engineering Leadership team and is responsible for developing and implementing Global and Regional Engineering programs and systems in country asapplicable.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee asset maintenance to ensure compliance with safety, operational and budgetary requirements, including scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor and manage the performance of internal teams and external contractors, ensuring KPIs, audits and verification processes are effectively implemented.
- Ensure all maintenance, construction and installation works comply with company standards, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead the Engineering team in planning, scheduling and executing inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective works safely, systematically and efficiently.
- Prepare monthly Engineering reports for management and represent the Engineering function as part of the local leadership team.
- Develop asset management strategies and long-term 5-year CAPEX plans to support business growth and operational requirements.
- Review, develop and implement Engineering systems, processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive standardisation, operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop the Engineering team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and supporting individual development and succession planning.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and service providers to ensure effective project and maintenance delivery.
- Develop and execute long-term Engineering strategies and projects to address current and future business requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of working experience in maintenance/ engineering function in a logistics/industrial environment
- Experience in facility plant maintenance in themanufacturing, food processing and/or warehouse with temperature-controlledoperations
- At least 3 years experience in leading teams
- Conversant with relevant safety, building and engineering codes of practice and regulations
- Knowledge and experience in leading a multi-discipline maintenance team, and managing contractors
- Experience in working with hazardous substances, chemical or oil processing industry and/or industrial refrigeration systems
- Experiencein maintenance of industrial plant refrigeration systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of warehousing, including Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
- Knowledge of safety management, lean tools, CMMS systems
