Working Hours Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

May be required to support standby duties on rotation (Additional $500 allowance)

Location Changi North

Company transport provided from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol

Job Responsibilities Provide after-sales customer service and account support

Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers until closure

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

Prepare customer status reports, monthly sales reports and KPI records

Coordinate with internal departments and external customers on account-related matters

Support shipping, invoicing and logistics coordination

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP system

Assist with warranty claims, spare parts inventory and customer agreements

Requirements Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
