Qlik Sense Developer

Location: London Working: 5 days/week in office Salary: Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The Role
Joining an established technology team within a global financial services organisation, working on critical operational and regulatory reporting solutions.
You'll develop and enhance reporting applications using Qlik Sense, NPrinting and SQL, supporting business functions across the organisation.
The role will focus on building dashboards, improving existing reporting solutions and working with data held in Oracle databases, including reporting requirements relating to MiFID.
Working closely with developers and business analysts, you'll help translate business requirements into effective, reliable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reporting applications using Qlik Sense
- Build and maintain reports using NPrinting
- Write and optimise complex SQL queries, including multi-table joins
- Work with Oracle databases and existing stored procedures to support reporting requirements
- Enhance existing reporting solutions and develop new dashboards as business needs evolve
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and investigate data discrepancies
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable and fit for purpose
Key Requirements
- 3–10 years' experience in Qlik Development / Business Intelligence
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense
- Experience developing and maintaining reports using NPrinting
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins and query optimisation
- Experience working with Oracle databases beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with technical teams and engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Financial services or regulatory reporting experience advantageous, particularly MiFID
