Your tasks
Key Overall Responsibilities
- Existing customer relationship management
- Customer onboarding and mobilisation
- Contract renewal and retention
- Renewal quote management and negotiation
- Account growth and development
- Customer satisfaction and service performance
- Complaint and issue management
- CRM management and reporting
- IRIS uptake and customer engagement
- Testimonials and case study generation
- Customer payment and finance support
- Cross-functional customer management
Requirements
