Project Analyst

Lead the operations agenda and manage the lifecycle of initiatives, programs, and activities of McDonald’s Guatemala, ensuring cross-functional alignment of teams, continuous monitoring of assumed commitments, and compliance with time, budget, and quality indicators for each project.

What Are We Looking For?

• Operations Agenda Management: Design, consolidate, and keep updated the general calendar of initiatives, programs, and operational activities of the organization, avoiding overlaps in time and resources.
• Follow-up on Commitments and Deliverables: Perform continuous monitoring of agreements assumed by the different areas in each project, ensuring compliance with deadlines and established goals.
• Coordination and Alignment of Support Departments: Facilitate work sessions and alignment meetings between area leaders to articulate the necessary technical and operational support in each initiative.
• Alert Management and Deviation Resolution: Proactively identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks in the operation, notifying key parties and coordinating corrective action plans. Preparation of Status Reports (Dashboards): Generate periodic reports and compliance indicators of the operational agenda for decision-making by the operations management.

• 3 years of experience
