Description :

MAIN MISSIONS :

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT :

Supervise the entire production process of TV commercials, from conception to final delivery.

Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring compliance with costs and deadlines.

Coordinate creative, technical, and production teams (directors, directors of photography, editors, etc.).

• PRE-PRODUCTION :

Participate in brainstorming meetings and the design of advertising concepts.

Develop storyboards and shooting schedules.

Conduct location scouting.

Negotiate with service providers (contracts, budget, etc.).

Talent scouting (Directors, photographers, glam.)

• SHOOTING :

Ensure the logistics and organization of the shoot.

Supervise the work of technical and artistic teams.

Ensure compliance with timings.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations.

Manage unforeseen events and technical problems.

• CLIENT RELATIONS :

Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire production process.

Present the various stages of production and obtain the necessary validations.

Manage specific client requests and any potential adjustments.

• TECHNOLOGICAL WATCH :

Stay informed about technological developments and new trends in audiovisual production.

Propose innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of productions.

Profile sought:

• EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in audiovisual production, ideally in the advertising sector.

Significant experience in project management and team coordination.

• SKILLS:

Excellent knowledge of audiovisual production techniques (shooting, editing, post-production).

Mastery of project management tools and editing software.

Strong ability to manage budgets and deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the advertising market and creative trends.

Sensitivity to working with brand ambassadors (égéries).

Good command of English (At least a B2 level).
