1/ NEGOTIATION AND RESEARCH

• Organizes missions to effectively manage emergencies and priorities
• Negotiates the acquisition of third-party rights with diplomacy and firmness
• Ensures rigorous follow-up of rights in coordination with sales teams
• Researches rights holders for works used in campaigns
• Ensures follow-up of productions to anticipate potential renegotiations, current or future

2/ ADVISING

• Possesses excellent knowledge of the market and different types of rights (intellectual property, image rights, etc.)
• Advises and supports the choices and decisions of sales teams to facilitate their understanding and validation
• Intervenes upstream in the definition of budget envelopes with full autonomy

3/ ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

• Drafts contracts as far upstream as possible with rigor and ensures their proper signature
• Precisely establishes client pre-quotes and supplier purchase orders
• Updates and enriches the rights database to guarantee its reliability and exhaustiveness

4/ REPORTING

• Ensures regular and reliable reporting to their manager
• Quickly alerts hierarchy regarding sensitive or risky issues

Profile sought:

• Bac+4/5 education (law, university or business school)
• Good knowledge of intellectual property law
• First experience in a legal department, art procurement, or rights negotiation in a company, or on similar issues
• Rigor, adaptability, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position and evolve within the agency
• Very good level of English required
