Facilities Management Director - Hard Services

Full ownership of all Hard Services: Electrical (MV/LV, Generators, UPS), Mechanical (HVAC - Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV), Plumbing, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm, Elevators, BMS.

Develop and execute PPM, Corrective & Predictive maintenance plans for all university facilities.

Ensure zero downtime for critical facilities: Labs, Server Rooms, Auditoriums, Clinics.

Manage MEP shutdowns, exam seasons, and events without affecting operations.

Lead energy management & sustainability plan to reduce consumption.

Ensure compliance with HSE, Civil Defense, and Ministry of Higher Education standards.

Manage technical team: 50+ Engineers, Supervisors & Technicians.

Manage subcontractors (AMC): Chillers, Elevators, Fire System, BMS.

Control budget (OPEX), spare parts, and annual overhaul plans.

Prepare technical reports, RCA, and asset lifecycle plans to the Board.

Support accreditation requirements (Quality & Safety).

B.Sc . in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 15+ years in Facility Management, with 5+ years as Hard Services Director / Senior Maintenance Manager in a University, Hospital, or Large Campus (10,000+ m2).

Expert in HVAC Central Plants, Electrical Distribution, Fire Systems NFPA, BMS.

Strong knowledge of CAFM / CMMS, AutoCAD, MS Project.

Experience managing large teams and 24/7 shift operations.

Certifications: PMP, CFM, LEED is Preferred .
