automotive service technician
*McBride Automotive* is seeking a skilled and dedicated *310S Automotive Service Technician* to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced technician who is confident performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship & customer service.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform vehicle diagnostic inspections, complete maintenance & repairs for mechanical and electrical issues including brakes, suspension, steering, engine, electrical and driveline components
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently; keep work area clean/ organized
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems
- Ability to estimate work, and complete detailed work orders/ basic office duties & customer service as needed (for coverage during staff holidays) is an asset
*Qualifications*
- Valid *310S Automotive Service Technician License* (required)
- Proven diagnostic and repair experience on a variety of vehicles
- Valid driver's license
*Schedule*
- Approximately *44 hours per week*
- Monday to Friday 8am-5:30/6pm (1 hour lunch)

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications- no flat rate!
