And your main activities will be:

Monitor and control the execution of service and supply contracts for the operation;

Perform field monitoring of contracts, verifying scope, deliveries, productivity, and compliance with contractual obligations;

Prepare and maintain controls for contracts, measurements, deadlines, costs, balances, and indicators;

Monitor service measurements and validate information with the responsible areas;

Control validity, readjustments, addenda, obligations, and other contractual milestones;

Support processes for contracting, renewal, alteration, and termination of contracts;

Develop and implement processes, procedures, and contractual control tools;

Structure indicators and reports for monitoring contract performance;

Identify deviations, risks, pending issues, and opportunities for improvement in contract management;

Prepare management reports and presentations to support decision-making;

Interface with suppliers and contracted companies to monitor demands and obligations;

Support the preparation and analysis of contractual documents, notifications, correspondence, and records;

Ensure organization, traceability, and updating of contract documentation;

Support the Procurement area in contracting and supplier management processes;

Act together with the Operational, Engineering, Procurement, Financial, and Administration areas;

Propose continuous improvements in the processes and controls of the Contracts area.

For this position, we expect you to have:

Education: Degree in Administration and/or Engineering and/or Law and/or Economics and/or Contract Management and/or related areas;

Fluent English;

Solid experience in contract management and administration;

Experience in implementing processes and structuring Contract areas;

Experience in preparing and analyzing claims, addenda, and contractual readjustments;

Proven experience in the mining, engineering, heavy construction, or industry segment;

Experience with field monitoring and inspection of contracts;

Experience with measurements, cost controls, deadlines, balances, and contractual obligations;

Experience in preparing controls, reports, and indicators;

Ability to structure and implement contract management processes and routines;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

Knowledge of Power BI;

Good negotiation, organization, and analysis skills;

Availability to reside and work in person in Guinea – Africa.

Desirable knowledge or experience in the ISO 14001 standard: Environmental Management System (EMS).
