And your main activities will be:
Perform complete contractual management: interpretation, application, and control of contractual clauses, including addenda, termination terms, and extensions;
Control commercial and technical proposals: scope analysis, pricing, validation of billable items, and preparation of proposals for the client;
Perform measurement management: monitoring monthly measurements, checking measurement bulletins, reconciling quantities, and releasing for billing;
Control labor inflows and outflows, adequacy of personnel staffing to the contract, and updating schedules;
Control legal documentation and compliance: checking and archiving contractual documents, certificates, mandatory training, legal records, and audits;
Enter information into systems: recording contractual and measurement data in client and internal systems;
Act with client managers, team leadership, employees, and suppliers, ensuring the fluidity of activities and contractual compliance;
Perform commercial and strategic support: support in capturing new contracts, preparing commercial dossiers, and participating in strategic meetings with the client.
For this position, we expect you to have:
Higher education in Engineering, Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields;
Post-graduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Contract Management, or Production Engineering;
Fluent English;
Experience in contract management, preferably in engineering, construction, or mining projects;
Solid knowledge in service measurement, control of commercial proposals, and billing;
Experience with legal and contractual documentation (addenda, terms, certificates, training);
Proficiency in Office package (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Availability for on-site work in Siguiri (Guinea);
Knowledge of contract management systems and ERPs (SAP, JDE, or similar);
Desirable knowledge or experience in the ISO 14001 standard: Environmental Management System (EMS).
